Our Services
Breaking Ground Counseling, Coaching & Consulting delivers
comprehensive, evidenced-based psychotherapy, assisting clients (ages 12 and older) in broadening their awareness and understanding of their challenges and themselves. Our clients finish therapy with more than just symptom relief: they leave with a deeper integration of themselves, making it easier for them to live more fulfilling lives. Breaking Ground also offers coaching and consultation services around personal growth, competitive college admissions, organizational mental wellness, ASWB clinical exam preparation, and supervision for LMSWs and clinical social workers seeking to broaden psychodynamic training.
